Mar 08, 2013 (newstodate): Iraqi Kurdistan's Erbil Howler Airport will soon see a new operator flying in from Europe.
The new Georgian carrier Fly Georgia plans to launch flights between Tbilisi, Georgia, and Erbil starting from March 11, 2013, with two weekly rotations using Airbus A320 aircraft.
In the air only since August 2012 with its first Airbus A319, the carrier added its second Airbus on November 20, 2012, and plans are to reach a fleet of five Airbus A320 Family aircraft already by March 2013.
Also, the carrier is still waiting for traffic rights in Sweden to launch flights on a new route between Tbilisi and Stockholm Arlanda Airport from this summer.
