Feb 22, 2013 (newstodate): The new Tbilisi-based carrier Fly Georgia has now announced March 3, 2013, as the launch date for its route to Ukraine.
The carrier will operate between Tbilisi and Kiev with four weekly rotations using its Airbus A320 aircraft that was delivered on July 28, 2012.
Fly Georgia will also launch services to Berlin and Dusseldorf from March, offering two weekly rotations on both routes.
Since January 3, 2013, the carrier has operated three weekly flights on the route between Tbilisi and Dubai, and has been online from from October 6, 2012, on the route between Tbilisi and Amsterdam, offering two weekly rotations.
In the air only since August 2012 with its first Airbus A319, the carrier added its second Airbus on November 20, 2012, and plans are to reach a fleet of five Airbus A320 Family aircraft already by March 2013.
