Feb 28, 2013 (newstodate): Eying the void left by the demise of Aerosvit and problems surrounding Ukraine International Airlines, Wizz Air Ukraine is building up its aircraft fleet.
Now operating two Airbus A320 aircraft, Wizz Air it to take delivery of a third Airbus A320 in March, with a fourth slated for July 2013.
Wizz Air Ukraine has so far applied for 18 new routes formerly operated by Aerosvit.
Wizz Air Ukraine was the country's first low-cost carrier, starting operations from July 18, 2008 with Airbus A320 aircraft.
WIZZ Air Ukraine now plans to increase its traffic four-fold over the next three years, and will add a further six Airbus A320 aircraft during the period.
