Dec 05, 2013 (newstodate): For once, all four Nordic markets reported growth in IATA exports in October 2013.
Nor surprisingly, Norway took the lead with an increase by 13.8 percent, y-o-y, to 10,113 tonnes, followed by the Finnish market where volumes were up 5.5 percent to 3,834 tonnes.
Sweden grew its IATA export volumes by 3.6 percent to 9,278 tonnes, while Denmark provided the weakest growth at 0.5 percent to 6,548 tonnes.
SAS Cargo was ranked #1 in both Sweden and Denmark, with a market share at and 15.6 and 18.4 percent, respectively, while down 1.4 percent in volumes in Sweden and up seven percent in the Danish market.
In Norway, KLM Cargo took the lead with 15.7 percent of the market, while Finnair ruled in Finland, albeit down to 33.5 percent in market share.
