Nov 07, 2013 (newstodate): While Jet Time has been bound by a confidentiality clause to reveal the operator of its new freighter aircraft, the sub-lease customer has now been revealed.
TNT Airways, based at Liege, has signed a wet-lease contract with Jet Time for the Boeing 737-400F converted freighter to operate on the integrator's European network.
Jet Time originally expected the freighter to become operational with Danish registration by mid-October 2013 already, but the registration process was delayed due to the recent partial shutdown of U.S. federal government services during the budget crisis.
