Nov 08, 2013 (newstodate): The Polish carrier Eurolot has taken delivery of a further batch of Bombardier Q400 aircraft.
The Danish turboprop leasing company Nordic Aviation Capital has purchased another three Q400 aircraft from Bombardier and placed them on a lease contract with Eurolot as has also been the case with the nine similar aircraft already in the fleet of the carrier.
Eurolot still holds orders for five more aircraft, in addition to options for six more Q400 aircraft.
The Q400 aircraft have replaced the four ATR-42 and nine ATR-72 aircraft earlier operated by the carrier.
EuroLot received its first Q400 aircraft on May 17, 2012.
