Oct 01, 2013 (newstodate): A world-leading turboprop lessor, the Danish company Nordic Aviation Capital has placed another significant order for new ATR 72-600 aircraft.
NAC will acquire 35 ATR 72-600 aircraft from the manufacturer for lease to the Indonesian carrier Garuda.
The order comprises delivery of 25 aircraft, with options for a further batch of 10 aircraft.
NAC plays a strong role in providing turboprop aircraft to operators around the world and earlier placed a record order for 90 ATR -600 aircraft during this year's Paris Air Show.
With the delivery of this latest aircraft the Billund-based company NAC will own a fleet of about 150 ATR aircraft.
