Jan 22, 2013 (newstodate): The Romanian MRO provider Aerostar has secured two new customers for its growing MRO services.
Signing contracts with Aerostar are Turkish carrier Freebird Airlines and the Spanish airline Swiftair.
Freebird Airlines will bring in its Airbus A320 for C check and other maintenance works while Swiftair's fleet of six Boeing 737-300 freighters will bring in more maintenance work at the facility at Bacau.
Other customers during the first half of this year will be Boeing 737 aircraft from Royal Air Maroc and Pegasus Airlines, scheduled to arrive at Aerostar's Bacau facility in north-eastern Romania for heavy maintenance visits.
