Jan 21, 2013 (newstodate): The Lithuanian charter and ACMI carrier Small Planet Airlines has taken delivery of its third Airbus A320.
The aircraft, formerly operated by Air Astana and delivered on a leasing agreement with CIT, has been placed at the carrier's base in Poland as yet another step in its penetration of the Polish market.
Since 2011, Small Planet Airlines is serving Polish tour operators Alfa Star and Triata providing flights from Warsaw, Katowice, Gdansk and Poznan to destinations in southern Europe during the summer programs.
