Sep 07, 2012 (newstodate): The first commercial carrier to offer scheduled freighter services between Russia and the USA, AirBridgeCargo is now to increase frequency on the route between Moscow and Chicago via Amsterdam.
Currently operating the route three times weekly, ABC Airlines will add two more frequencies from October 2012, using Boeing 747-400F aircraft.
The first flight on the route took place on May 3, 2011, and carrier has appointed Menzies Aviation and Swissport as ground and cargo handling agents, respectively, at Chicago OHara International Airport.
