Sep 20, 2012 (newstodate): Among a range of increases in flight frequencies on many routes during the coming winter schedule, the Latvian carrier is also adding to the services between Riga and Billund, in Denmark.
During the winter schedule the carrier will offer four weekly rotations on the route, against three in winter 2011.
During this summer's schedule airBaltic has been offering a daily rotation on the route, up from five weekly rotations during summer 2011.
The route was opened on May 1, 2008, with two weekly rotations using Boeing 737-500 aircraft.
airBaltic is now using Bombardier Dash-8 Q400 aircraft between Riga and Billund.
