Sep 10, 2012 (newstodate): Little has been heard about World Flight Services at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
Headed by Martijn de Regt, formerly manager of A.S.P Logistics, the new WFS set up was established on June 1, 2012, planning to launch independent air cargo handling operations at Stockholm Arlanda Airport at the former 3,000 sq m A.S.P Logistics terminal opened in October 2009.
So far, however, no news about launch customers or other business have been heard, reportedly because of unexpectedly long drawn-out snags in the formal company registration with the Swedish authorities.
Martijn de Regt refers to WFS General Manager for Scandinavia, Thomas Petersen, based at WFS's first Scandinavian terminal at Copenhagen Airport.
