Sep 03, 2012 (newstodate): Swedish provider of aviation training, Entry Point North has firmed up a long-term contract with CAMIC, the Civil Aviation Management Institute of China.
Under contract, CAMIC and Entry Point North will develop new training courses for CAMIC, with the training delivered by experts at Entry Point North.
During August-September 2012, more than 100 participants from different regional air traffic management bureaus in China will begin their training at the facilities in Sweden.
The process started already from October 2011 with 14 Chinese staff to participate in training in Procedure Design, Airspace Management and Safety Management.
In July 2011 this long-term cooperation was established through the signing of an LoI between the two parties.
