In 2011, Air Greenland lifted a total of 1,488 tonnes of airfreight on its vital Transatlantic trunk route between Copenhagen and Kangerlussuaq, in Greenland.
The traffic if, however, heavily imbalanced, with 1,399 tonnes carried on the flights from Copenhagen to Greenland, but only 89 tonnes of exports towards Copenhagen.
In domestic traffic the carrier generated 2,666 tonnes of cargo in 2011.
