Aug 01, 2012 (newstodate): The Ukrainian carrier Air Urga has expanded its cooperation with Lithuania's FL Technics Training.
Under a new contract, FL Technical Training will provide technical training courses for various specialists of the airline, including maintenance and management staff.
FL Technics Training has already conducted the Maintenance and Overhaul of the SAFT Battery Training course for the Air Urga's MRO staff.
Another upcoming course is to be held in the middle of August. FL Technics Training instructors will conduct an open session of four-day long Material Management and Logistics Training course.
With HQs at Kirovohrad Airport, Air Urga operates international charter passenger and cargo flights from Ukrainian airports to destinations in Greece, Slovakia, the Republic of Macedonia, Turkey, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Bulgaria, and Cyprus.
In the fleet are 21 Antonov 24 and 26 aircraft, and orders have been placed for two AN-148 aircraft.
