In total, volumes were down 6.9 percent, y-o-y, to 12,185 tonnes including 9,485 tonnes on passenger flights, down 4.2 percent, and 2,699 tonnes on freighter flights, also down 15.3 percent, y-o-y.
July 2012 also proved unique by the fact that all segments generated negative growth, including the crucial Asian markets that was down by 2.1 percent, y-o-y, to 7,063 tonnes on the carrier's passenger flights.
During the first seven months of 2012, the company transported a total of 86,931 tonnes, an increase by 6.5 percent, y-o-y, including 65,645 tonnes on passenger aircraft, increasing only 0.3 percent, and 21,167 tonnes on freighter operations, up 32.2 percent, y-o-y.
