Jul 26, 2012 (newstodate): Here today, gone tomorrow: the Irish carrier Aer Lingus is again planning a return to the Danish market.
From October 28, 2012, the carrier will be offering daily rotations on the route between Dublin and Copenhagen Airport using Airbus A320 aircraft on the route.
This will be the third attempt within 10 years, so far proving to be rather short-lived operations.
The carrier was last online at Copenhagen Airport until summer 2008.
This summer Aer Lingus is also back in Sweden after a decade of absence, offering four weekly rotations with Airbus A320 aircraft on the route.
Also from the summer schedule, Aer Lingus has increased frequency on its route from Dublin to Helsinki, Finland, until this summer the only Nordic destination on the route map.
