Jun 06, 2012 (newstodate): The Hungarian LCC WIZZ Air has decided to launch its first flights into Georgia.
Effective from October 29, 2012, the carrier will introduce flights between Kiev and Kutaisi, offering two weekly services, to be increased to three weekly rotations at a later stage.
The first and so far only LCC, or quasi-LCC, to enter the Georgian market was Latvia's airBaltic that opened flights between Riga and Tbilisi from May 3, 2006.
