Jun 21, 2012 (newstodate): A world-leading turboprop aircraft leasing company, Denmark's Nordic Aviation Capital has placed a significant order with Bombardier.
Under the contract, NAC will acquire 12 CRJ1000 aircraft from Bombardier.
The Bombardier CRJ100 aircraft will be placed with Garuda Indonesia under a lease contract with the carrier that has also itself ordered six aircraft of the same type with deliveries starting from October 2012, and plans to go up to a total of 36 units.
Nordic Aviation Capital has a portfolio of over 160 turboprop and jet aircraft serving more than 30 customers in 20 countries.
