Jun 05, 2012 (newstodate): Turkish Airlines is digging ever deeper into Central Asia.
Effective from July 1, 2012, the carrier has obtained expanded traffic rights allowing it to add three more weekly flights between Istanbul and Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, thus increasing to 10 weekly rotations.
The route extends via Bishkek to Ulan Bator, Mongolia, and Turkish Airlines has secured also traffic rights on the flight between Bishkek and Mongolia as the only carrier to offer direct flights between Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia.
