May 23, 2012 (newstodate): Starting from June 1, 2012, Worldwide Flight Services is launching independent air cargo handling operations at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
WFS is thus taking over the lease agreement with Swedavia of the former 3,000 sq m A.S.P Logistic terminal opened in October 2009.
The new set-up does not, however, involve any relationship between WFS and A.S.P. Logistic, in contrast to the case in May 2010 when rumors, strongly denied by WFS, of a contract between the two parties allowing for WFS to move into Stockholm Arlanda were circulating.
Moving out from Stockholm Arlanda, the Dutch company A.S.P. Logistics' only remaining Swedish location will be at Helsingborg, represented by the Swedish agent of the Dutch haulier Brinkman Trans Holland.
-So far, as a company representative said to newstodate.
