May 15, 2012 (newstodate): Since April 10, 2012, Sweden's Jonkoping Airport has seen a new cargo operator: Farnair.
The carrier is now operating an ATR 42-300 freighter on behalf of time:matters, carrying shipments from Baden Airpark, the airport serving Karlsruhe in Germany, to Jonkoping Airport and continuing to Billund Airport, in Denmark.
The aircraft carries shipments to the destinations served by TNT from Jonkoping, namely Oslo in Norway, Helsinki in Sweden as well as Billund in Denmark, and in cooperation with TNT the Farnair freighter lifts TNT's shipments for Western Denmark while time:matter's shipments are transferred at Jonkoping Airport into the TNT flights for Oslo and Helsinki.
The cooperation between time:matters and TNT has been set up to support time-matters' product, Spare Parts Logistics.
