May 23, 2012 (newstodate): In the wake of the demise of Cimber Sterling, the Czech carrier CSA is upping frequency on the route between Prague and Copenhagen later this summer.
Effective from September 3, 2012, CSA will add three more weekly flights on the route to the 13 offered during this summer schedule.
From 2009, Cimber Sterling operated three weekly flights between Copenhagen and Prague until its grounding on May 3, 2012.
CSA Cargo capacity is sold in the Scandinavian market by the GSA ProActive Airline Service, while the cargo handling is provided by WFS at Copenhagen Airport.
In 2012, CSA has suspended flights from Prague to Oslo in Norway and Helsinki in Finland, reducing services to Stockholm in Sweden to six weekly rotations.
