Apr 26, 2012 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Ak Bars Aero, based at Bugulma Airport, is building up its fleet of Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft.
The carrier has just taken delivery of its 10th CRJ900 aircraft, delivered on a 10-year lease contract with GECAS.
Four more aircraft of the same time will join the fleet by the end of June 2012, and the CRJ had its debut with Ak Bars Aero in March 2010.
AK Bars Aero, formerly named Bugulminsky Aviation Enterprise, was established in 1953 and was the fourth Russian carrier to opt for the CRJ-200 aircraft.
