Apr 23, 2012 (newstodate): The Lithuanian MRO provider FL Technics extends its cooperation with the UK based low cost carrier easyJet, by signing a three-year agreement for nine Airbus A319 aircraft line maintenance at Manchester Airport and Newcastle International Airport.
Following a tender issued by easyJet, FL Technics have extended the current line maintenance contract until 2015.
Under the agreement, FL Technics, through its subsidiary Storm Aviation will provide line maintenance support for six easyJet Airbus A319 aircraft at Manchester Airport.
FL Technics will also provide maintenance works for three easyJet Airbus A319 aircraft at easyJet's base in Newcastle, where FL Technics already serves two other major operators, Emirates and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, with aircraft line maintenance.
Based at Vilnius Airport, Lithuania, FL Technics operates two base maintenance facilities in Lithuania and Ukraine, as well as a network of 32 line stations across Europe, the CIS, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
