Apr 19, 2012 (newstodate): The list of executive top managers leaving Finnair has again been expanded.
Latest name to be added is Pertti Mero, since 2010 serving as Finnair Cargo Vice President Global Sales and Marketing.
Mr Mero will leave the company on May 14, 2012.
His position will be temporarily filled by Mikko Turtiainen, now serving as Vice President, Business Development and appointed Acting Vice President, Global Sales.
As earlier reported, Finnair Cargo will also have a new man at the helmet - Juha Jarvinen, taking up the position as Managing Director of the Finnair's cargo companies Finnair Cargo Ltd. and Finnair Cargo Terminal Operations Ltd. as of May 14, 2012.
Mr Jarvinen last served as VP Ground Handling International in SAS Scandinavian Airlines.
Going out is Antero Lahtinen, since May 1, 2005, serving as Managing Director and Member of the Finnair Management Board, but retiring in 2012.
