Apr 10, 2012 (newstodate): The delivery of the second Superjet 100 for the Armenian carrier Armavia has again been re-scheduled.
Due to a recent request by Armavia, the delivery of the second Superjet 100 aircraft to the airline has now been set for June 2012.
Armavia was the first airline operator to put the Superjet into commercial operation from April 2011, and the second and last aircraft ordered so far was earlier slated to follow by this year's Q1.
Market sources claim that the carrier plans to place orders for a further three Superjet 100 shortly, bringing the fleet to five aircraft.
