Apr 23, 2012 (newstodate): Nordic handling provider Aviator Airport Alliance Europe AB has named Catharina Redgaard its new CCO, referring to the company's CEO Paul Synnott.
Ms Redgaard comes from a similar position at Nordic Aero, Aviator's Swedish subsidiary and will now be responsible for all commercial activities within the group, while continuing as acting Commercial Director at Nordic Aero.
With the new appointment, Aviator signals its decision to develop from a country-based strategy towards a clear Nordic perspective with lofty ambitions to developing the group into the World's Greatest Provider of Aviation Services, according to a company statement.
Owned by the investment group Accent Equity 2008, Aviator was set up in November 2010 by the Swedish company Nordic Aero and the Norwegian companies Roeros Flyservice and Norport Ground Handling, adding Denmark's Novia from March 2011.
