Mar 05, 2012 (newstodate): Effective from April 1, 2012, the Ukrainean carrier Aerosvit is back in Copenhagen Airport again.
The route between Kiev and Copenhagen has been operated in a code-share agreement with Aerosvit by Cimber Sterling since October 2011, but Aerosvit is now back as Cimber Sterling is phasing out its fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft.
From the start Aerosvit will offer two weekly rotations on the route, expanding to three weekly flights during the EM period.
Since July 2011, the two carriers share ownership by the Ukrainean magnate Igor Kolomoyski who also owns the Swedish carrier Skyways.
