Mar 15, 2012 (newstodate): Air cargo volumes are rising significantly at Norway's Oslo Gardermoen Airport in 2012.
A total of 8,619 tonnes of cargo and mail was handled in February, an increase by 20 percent, y-o-y.
Also in January, cargo volumes were up by 15.2 percent, y-o-y, to 8,382 tonnes, bringing the two-month total to 17,001 after an increase by 17.5 percent.
International cargo is driving the growth by 24 percent during January-February, totaling 11,943 tonnes.
