Mar 06, 2012 (newstodate): The Slovenian carrier Adria Airways is maintaining its strategy of focusing on Copenhagen Airport for its Scandinavian services.
Effective from March 28, 2012, the carrier will offer six weekly rotations on the route between Ljubljana and Copenhagen, using CRJ900 aircraft on the route.
Adria Airways is thus suspending all flights to other Scandinavian destinations.
Adria Airways has been operating scheduled flights from Ljubljana to Copenhagen Airport, Denmark, since 2004, adding services to Stockholm, Sweden, from March 20, 2008.
Adria Airways also opened flights from Ljubljana Airport to Norway from April, 2008, but pulled out again from Summer 2009 after the general decline in the industry.
