Mar 20, 2012 (newstodate): A Russian carrier is planning for opening new flights to Sweden.
Starting from March 6, 2012, Yamal Airlines will launch flights between Moscow Domodedovo and Gothenburg Landvetter Airport, with three weekly rotations using CRJ200 aircraft on the route.
Based at Salekhard Airport, the carrier has a fleet of seven CRJ200 aircraft, in addition to one Airbus A320.
On order are four Airbus A320 and four Airbus A321, with deliveries to start from this year.
The new route will be the first into Western Europe by Yamal Airlines.
