Mar 29, 2012 (newstodate): The Polish carrier LOT has set up a new freighter service between Warsaw and Chicago, in the USA.
The service was launched in mid-February 2012, providing capacity on the most sought-after lane for Poland-US air cargo, where LOT transports some 70 percent of the total volumes.
The service is operated two times weekly under a wet-lease contract with the Canadian carrier CargoJet Airways, using Boeing 767-200ERF aircraft on the route.
