Feb 01, 2012 (newstodate): The Latvian handling company HAVAS Europe, earlier named North Hub Services, has landed the Hungarian carrier Malev as a new customer in Helsinki, Finland.
With the Latvian carrier airBaltic as its launch customer, the company's Finnish subsidiary started operations at Helsinki Vantaa Airport on July 1, 2010, with some 40 employees to provide airline customers with ground administration, passenger services, baggage handling, ramp services, flight and crew operations, and aircraft servicing including de-icing.
HAVAS Europe will be servicing 10 weekly flights for Malev, providing full passenger handling, including ticketing and full ramp handling including de-icing.
