Feb 17, 2012 (newstodate): Estonian Air is soon to introduce its new Embraer E-170 aircraft on its network.
The Embraer aircraft is slated to make its debut in commercial service between Tallinn and Copenhagen Airport on February 27, 2012, with flights to Oslo, in Norway, as its second destination from March 5, 2012.
Estonian Air will take delivery of a total of four Embraer E-170 aircraft on a one-year lease contract with Finnair and place orders for a further eight Embraer aircraft with the factory.
In the fleet are now three Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft that will be phased out within two years as Estonian Air builds an all-Embraer aircraft fleet.
