Feb 09, 2012 (newstodate): A new carrier, Bingo Airways is being set up in Poland, backed by Luxembourg capital.
From April 2012, Bingo Airways will reportedly start business from Warsaw and Katowice with a fleet of two or three leased Airbus A320 aircraft, aiming at the ACMI and charter markets.
Among the owners of the new carrier is Luxembourg-based Travel Holding International, and the CEO and founder of Bingo Airways is Marek Sidor, formerly serving as Malev COO as well as holding earlier positions with EuroLOT and LOT.
