Effective from March 24, 2012, the Russian carrier Ural Airlines will launch services on a new route between Nizhniy Novgorod and Prague, offering a weekly rotations with Airbus A320 aircraft.
Ural Airlines, based at Yekaterinburg, Russia, operates a fleet of 22 Airbus A320 Family aircraft.
The carrier plans to eventually operate about 30 Airbus A320 Family aircraft, with a fleet of 24-26 aircraft in 2012 and adding a further four in 2013.
Having thus completed its plans for short-haul aircraft, the carrier will next consider the acquisition of long-haul aircraft, with focus on the Airbus A330 aircraft.
Ural Airlines received its first Airbus A320 aircraft in June 2006.
