Dec 11, 2012 (newstodate): The Latvian carrier airBaltic has announced the second of six new destinations in 2013.
Effective from May 4, 2013, the carrier will launch flights from Riga to Sarmellek International Airport, serving the Balaton and Hevis lakes region in Hungary.
The service will be seasonal, with one weekly rotation using Bombardier Q400 aircraft.
The first of six new destinations was announced earlier in December with three weekly flights between Riga and Prague starting from January 1, 2013.
