Nov 27, 2012 (newstodate): The Ukrainian carrier Ukraine International Airlines plans to increase frequency on its flights to Finland from summer schedule 2013.
Starting from March 31, 2013, the carrier will offer five weekly rotations on the route between Kiev and Helsinki, and from April 29, 2013 frequency will go up to daily flights using An-148 aircraft.
The current frequency on the route is four weekly rotations.
Finnair launched flights on the route from summer 2005 in cooperation with Ukraine International Airlines, but pulled out again with the last flight on March 8, 2012, leaving UIA alone in the market.
