Nov 15, 2012 (newstodate): The Estonian handling company Ospentos International O� has gained grounds at Tallinn Airport by landing a contract from Estonian Air for cargo terminal handling at the airport.
The contract took effect from November 1, 2012, replacing the services rendered by Tallinn Airport GH since 2008 when the carrier decided to end its own handling activities.
So far, the cooperation between Estonian Air and Ospentos International O� comprises only the cargo terminal handling, leaving all other handling services with Tallinn Airport GH.
-With this latest addition, we are handling more than 25 airlines at Tallinn Airport, including four on-line carriers Finnair, airBaltic, Aeroflot and now also Estonian Air, says Haiti Arendi, Ospentos International O� managing director.
Ospentos International O� is the Estonian subsidiary of the Finnish company Ospentos Oy.
