Oct 17, 2012 (newstodate): Chisinau, in Moldova, has returned on the Latvian carrier airBaltic's network for the coming winter schedule.
airBaltic will be offering two weekly rotations on the route between Riga and Chisinau from October 29, 2012, using Bombardier Q400 aircraft on the route.
Chisinau was first introduced by airBaltic from April 1, 2008, then served three times weekly with Fokker 50 aircraft.
Like in winter 2011, the route was first not included in the coming winter schedule, but will now be served on an all-year basis.
