Jan 10, 2012 (newstodate): Cargo volumes reached new heights in 2011 at Norway's Oslo Gardermoen Airport.
A total of 97,801 tonnes of cargo and mail was handled at the airport, up 15.7 percent, y-o-y.
This brought the airport firmly back to pre-crisis record levels, surpassing the 97,311 tonnes handled in 2007.
In 2011, totals included 67,015 tonnes of international cargo, up 19.8 percent, and 30,786 tonnes of domestic cargo, up 3.3 percent, y-o-y.
