Sep 06, 2011 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Polet Airlines is seeing brisk growth in cargo volumes in 2011.
In the first seven months of this year, the carrier has handled a total of 33,701 tonnes of cargo - an increase by 39.5 percent, y-o-y.
The carrier now has three IL-96-400T, five AN-124 and one IL-76TD freighter aircraft in its fleet that also comprises five SAAB 2000, five SAAB 340, two AN-148, and two AN-30 aircraft.
