In July 2011, the company aggregated a total of 3,158 tonnes of export cargo in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
This compares to 1,702 tonnes by SAS Cargo in the same markets in July 2011.
In Sweden, Lufthansa Cargo ranks #1 on IATA's list of carriers as to export airfreight, holding 16.7 percent of the Swedish market and increasing 8.6 percent, y-o-y.
In Denmark, Lufthansa Cargo was ranked #2 with 623 tonnes, down 23.2 percent, y-o-y, but still holding 10 percent of the market.
In Norway, Lufthansa Cargo was ranked #6 with 554 tonnes, down 19.6 percent y-o-y, and holding 7.5 percent of the market.
Finally, in Finland Lufthansa Cargo was ranked #2 in the market with 395 tonnes of cargo, down 4.7 percent, but holding 10.9 percent of the market.
