The company has earlier said that services will start from first part of September, meaning that the launch will indeed take place later this week.
One AugustaWestland AW139 helicopters with the capacity to carry up to 15 passengers has been delivered and is now ready to enter service, and a comprehensive store of spare parts and components allowing for fast action to correct malfunctions is also in place to support operations.
Also in the business concept is the carriage of small volumes of cargo between the two destinations, primarily targeting the express shipments market.
