Aug 18, 2011 (newstodate): Sukhoi plans to deliver a further five Superjet 100 aircraft to customers before the end of this year, down from the total of 14 aircraft earlier announced.
One has already been delivered to launch operator Armavia that will receive a second Superjet 100 in 2011.
Aeroflot took delivery of its second Superjet 100 on August 17, 2011, and will receive a further four aircraft in 2001, rounding off this year's production of the aircraft.
The latest new customer for the Superjet 100 aircraft is Indonesia's low-cost carrier Sky Aviation that yesterday signed an order with the manufacturer for 12 aircraft, to be delivered from 2012 till 2015.
