Jul 27, 2011 (n3ewstodate): Lithuania's Oro Navigacija has selected Spanish provider Indra to deliver a new multi-lateration system to control movements of aircraft on Vilnius Airport's runway as well as other vehicles within the area.
The new system will be implemented within one year and will enhance the control of landing, take-off and taxiing operations especially in adverse weather and low visibility conditions.
