Jul 25, 2011 (newstodate): The Danish carrier Cimber Sterling is pulling out from services between Copenhagen Airport and Belgrade, Serbia, from August 29, 2011.
The carrier launched flights on the route from March 29, 2010, but the route has not developed sufficiently to sustain continued services.
Another carrier to leave Belgrade is the Polish airline LOT that will operate its last flight on the route Warsaw-Belgrade on October 28, 2011.
While flights between Copenhagen and Belgrade will continue with JAT alone in the market after Cimber Sterling's pull-out, the cancellation by LOT will leave the route between Warsaw and Belgrade without service.
