May 03, 2011 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Ural Airlines, based at Yekaterinburg Koltsovo Airport, has again added Airbus aircraft to its fleet.
On April 29, 2011, the carrier took delivery of its third Airbus A321 aircraft his year, as in the previous cases on an operational lease arrangement.
In the fleet of Ural Airlines are now 12 A320 and five A321 aircraft.
With the all-Airbus fleet, Ural Airline has managed to phase out all of its remaining fleet of Soviet-built aircraft including Antonov An-24, Ilyushin Il-86 and Tupolev Tu-154.
