May 31, 2011 (newstodate): The Russian carrier OrenAir has taken delivery of its 17th Boeing 737 aircraft.
The latest delivery is the carrier's 11th Boeing 737-800 aircraft, acquired on a six-year lease arrangement with GECAS.
The carrier, based at Orenburg, plans to take in a further three Boeing 737-800 aircraft in 2011.
Besides the now 11 Boeing 737-800 aircraft, the fleet also includes two Boeing 737-400 and four Boeing 737-500.
